Worship Orchestra

The Wynnbrook Worship Orchestra is another of the key parts of our church and its worship.  The Worship Orchestra is a consistent group that is seen each week leading and praising God from the stage with their instruments.  Persons who play an instrument and read music are welcome to call the Worship Pastor to arrange for an interview that is required for participation in the Worship Orchestra.  The interview will consist of a conversation between the individual and Worship Pastor regarding spiritual matters and past musical experiences, among other things pertinent to the Worship Orchestra.  Also, a brief, musical audition will take place.

At Wynnbrook, we consider our Worship Orchestra to not only be orchestra members, but leaders in worship.  Such expectations reach beyond Sunday mornings to every aspect of their lives and to affect those within their sphere of influence.The Worship Orchestra plays on all congregational music most every Sunday.

The Wynnbrook Worship Orchestra rehearses from 6:30 until 8:00 on Wednesday evenings in the Worship Center.  The first portion of the rehearsal is with the Orchestra only.  The Worship Choir joins the orchestra at 7:30 and upcoming special music and anthems are rehearsed.  Childcare is provided for the Worship Orchestra's rehearsals.

If you are interested in serving in the Worship Orchestra, please come and visit one of our rehearsals.You will be welcomed with open arms by the Worship Choir, Worship Officers, and the Worship Pastor.  We can then arrange for an interview with the Worship Pastor.If you have any questions, feel free to call the Worship office at 706-323-4374.
