We all long for a place where we are truly known, completely accepted, and safely at rest. We spend our lives searching for a sense of belonging, trying to build a perfect life or find a group that finally understands us. Yet, a restless feeling often remains—a quiet ache reminding us that we haven't quite found "home" yet.
The gospel is the good news that God built you for a home that nothing in this world can replicate. On Sunday, September 20th at 10:45am, we want to invite you to to Wynnbrook to find your place and a church to call home.
In the beginning, we were created to live in perfect harmony with God. However, our independent choices and brokenness separated us from Him, leaving us spiritually homeless. Jesus Christ came to bridge that gap. By dying for our sins and rising from the dead, Jesus paid the price to bring us back into God's family. He didn't just save us from something; He saved us for something: a permanent relationship with Him. When you place your trust in Jesus, your search for identity ends. You are adopted by the Creator of the universe, and your heart finally finds its true home.
Finding your home in God also means finding your people. God never intended for us to walk through life alone. When you become a follower of Jesus, you are instantly brought into a global and local family—the community of believers. This is a gathering of imperfect people bound together by a perfect Savior. It is a place where you can drop your mask, share your burdens, celebrate victories, and grow in faith alongside others. In this community, you aren't a stranger trying to fit in; you are a brother or sister who belongs.
If you are tired of wandering and looking for a place to anchor your life, Jesus is inviting you in today. You don't have to fix yourself before you come. He offers you a forgiveness that clears your past, a purpose that secures your future, and a family to walk with you every step of the way.
